They are some sort of EMG's. Phil is swapping for the usual Dimarzio's prior to shipping.

That's a beautiful guitar! I have had a few of Phil's guitars (Jerry body's) and loved them all. I just got one of his Casta guitars from him about 2 months ago and it might be my favorite one yet. He put in 3 of his custom wound pickups for me and they are amazing!!! It's so hard to be patient isn't it? Haha
