I'm new to guitar and I was wondering, what is a good song to learn first?

The first song I learned to play and sing was Tangled up in Blue by Dylan. Also stuff by Neil Young is usually fairly easy to pick up, and fun to play. I learned alot at the begining just by strumming through the changes of alot of Dead songs like Ripple of FOTD. Good luck Bro!

a ton of Dylan, Not Fade Away, Franklin's TOwer, chords for I Know You Rider, andything with minimal chord changes and none that are too complex. 1-4-5 stuff is easy and good to learn

I agree with house of the rising sun...very fun song to play although it is a little long. But that could be a good thing for a beginner.
