it says change to a Bm, but is that only in the intro, or does this apply to every D chord in the song? thanks.

The official songbook says Bm should really be D6 but I think their wrong. Just like with Till The Morning Comes they say the Em7 is really a E7+9 or whatever the name of the chord is.
