Just scored a MC50 at a pawn shop for 350.

So what's the deal with output from my preamp into the RCA Jack. Do I need to getting it modded for a 1/4 jack or do the make single RCA cords that you can fit an adaptor to?

I'm on the road and not able to research what may be a common board question. My apologies in advance. Just looking for a quick friendly answer.

I was surprised by how small and portable this thing is.

Cheers

This is all you need if you do not want to change the RCA jack on the McIntosh to 1/4". It's very easy to do. Just have to drill out the hole slightly larger.
They have other lengths and brands also, but shortest is always best. http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/8 ... _4_TS.html

Good luck with the Mc!
