A few days ago I received my FYD preamp back from Wald Electronics with his "Maestro" Mods completed.Wow!! What a upgrade! I've had this FYD for a few years and was never all that taken by it compared to my SMS.Now with out a doubt the rolls have changed. I'm afraid the SMS will be in reserve instead of at the top.
The SMS right from the start with a mc2505 & Jblk120"s was just what I thought it should be but now it seems like the game has changed. Anyone considering this Mod won't be disappointed!

My FYD will be here tomorrow and I've already exchanged messages with Waldo about having these done as well!

Dan recommended I get a feel for it as is, which I certainly plan on doing...but your post certainly makes me want to get them anyway!
