I have a new Boss pedal board. It did not really come with any instructions. In addition to input (from guitar) and output (to amp), I notice it also has, next to the input, a jack labeled "return" and next to the output, a jack labeled "send". I have OBEL on my guitar and use the Hub Bub. Can I use those inputs on the pedal board with the Hub Bub to neat up the wiring. I am tech disadvantaged and can't get my head around it!

That's the send-return for an amp-based effects loop. I don't have a hubbub, but from the description I don't see how you would use those taps with it, though if you wanted to route some of your pedals through your amp's effect loop instead of running them all in front you could do that. From what I can figure that would work whether you are running an OBEL equipped guitar or not.
