Is there a DPDT toggle for OBEL bypass that will fit in an existing 3/8 pot hole?

Yes, they are available. The thing is that they are big.

You could try putting a slightly larger washer (that will not go thru the hole) under the washer that comes with the mini toggle. Then the nut.

Put blue tape over the 3/8" hole on the face of the guitar. Turn it over so the cavity is up, fill the 3/8" hole with epoxy. Let dry "o) drill the 1/4" hole for the obel switch.
