Hey guys I was wondering any of you who have ordered from Sarno Music Solutions did you receive an email with an order number or any email with status of your order? I put in an order June 20th for an Earth Drive and Preamp JGMod and haven't heard boo from them. I am not trying to slam them in any way just trying to find out their process. thank you.

Brad is a busy guy and hand builds everything. It can take time. When I ordered my preamp he told me it could be several months, and it was.
I can ASSURE you of this though. He is an honorable guy and you have no worries. It will arrive one day and you will be VERY happy. Even happier after the break-in period.

Been a while since I ordered anything, but I think the only email I ever received was the PayPal receipt. If I were you, I would just call the number on the site and Brad will probably answer.

Yep, I have an Earth Drive and a CTP from Brad, I don't remember anything other than the PayPal receipt, he was good at responding with email. Awesome work and a cool guy.

i think I may have emailed him to make sure we were all good, but I don't think I got an official confirmation or anything.

he's super nice though and seems very patient. I have an earth drive and a preamp and he has always answered any question I've thrown at him with a smile.

I'll echo that Brad is solid. I have an SMS CTP, Earth Drive and SGBB - they are all great and dealing with Brad has never been an issue (even from up here in Canada).

No worries with Brad,

He is terrific to deal with, builds incredible quality and stands behind his work. It will arrive and you will be grinning ear to ear when to get it and plug in.....the hard part is the wait. I could hardly stand it....I was so excited when it arrived.

Don't worry about it — you will be treated well.

Incidentally, Brad's gear is amazing. It's musical. That's rare. I keep 2-3 Sarno pieces in my chain whenever I gig.

I have had nothing but the most positive interactions with Brad over the years. I have a VG8, SMS, Earth Drive and SGBB. You will get your order and odds are you will love it…He will answer emails I don't want to post here but it's on his website.

Yeah, it's pretty nuts here in general. Trying to build, trying to respond to emails, etc. I do get behind sometimes. We've been in a transition very recently where we're trying to also respond to all new orders with a personal email in addition to the Paypal confirmation. Also, I've been traveling for a few weeks off and on since before the Dead shows in Chicago, so my email responses are likely even more sporadic than normal.

But please email me today for confirmation. I'm back here at the shop and trying to get everything organized and follow up on late emails.

Just got my Earth Drive. Took about 5 weeks or so. Used it on a gig last night. Digging it a lot so far!!!!
