Hey, I just listened to bertha and China/Rider earlier today and just checked out the new stuff. I am definetly a fan. Love the 70's tone. Are you still using a Pro Reverb? I have a '75 Silverface PR. I would like it to sound similar to yours. I guess I will have to spring for some mods. I will be putting it into a head cab and running into e-120's. Keep up the good work if you play out in Suffolk County let me know. ,Paul

Wow that's great to hear. Glad you like it.
Yep, that's the pro. Modded a bit by Joe @Shakedown. I use Celestions in that amp, and like the added warmth of paper cone speakers over the more typical JBL thing that I usually see with the Jerry guys. Though I'm charmed by JBLs I think I sound harsh on them.
As much as I like that pro, I'm eager to try my new amp. It's a high powered deluxe reverb style build by Roy Blankenship. The trannies have been beefed up so there's extra headroom. It's 32 watts. So it should be a little quieter and lighter than the pro, but bigger than a deluxe. I like the thought of having good sounding light gear when I'm schlepping my own gear. This one has a single neo-mag speaker, and I'm not sure about its volume. The other guitarist uses an old tweed deluxe and some pedals and great old guitars. It's nice when our amps are balanced better than on this last recording, where the recorder was too close to my amp.
Thanks for listening.
Jack
