Truss rod rattle!!!

I love my Phiga Bolt, but the truss rod is rattling terribly. I have tried adjusting it to both extremes that my playing will allow, as far as trying to fix it with the adjustment. It still rattles no matter. I saw online where people have removed either the fret markers or the side fits and filled in around the rod with some time of compound using a syringe. Any ideas?

Shouldnt really be jerking your truss around at random. Take it in. Sounds like you could still have then dig the truss out. Otherwise your in trouble. Send back to Phil and have him put another rod in.
