My newest addition to my Jerry rig is this Troy Post Wolf that I got off of Ebay for a steal, thanks to peter Bach from Oregon!! I couldn't be happier with this guitar.
Other gear in this rig includes:
-Custom Ramsey 2X12 cabinet, Made by Ramsey Cabinets, the bass player in my band is a household cabinet maker by trade. He strayed away from the family business model for an afternoon and whipped that up for me.
- 2 12" Emminence Commonwealth Speakers
- SMS pre-amp
- Mosvalve power amp
- Line 6 M13 stomp box
- MXR distortion
- Behringer acoustic simulator
- dunlop Wah
This clip is recorded on my Iphone6. I am using a tiny bit of delay and Eq boost from the Line6 M13 stomp box, but that is it, mostly just guitar and amp. Let me know what you think.

I was the one bidding against ya for that guitar. Was wondering if I would see it pop up here. Sounds great glad to see you're enjoying it.

Still looooving my Post!

Had the chance to hook up with A-bear at a Melvin & JGB show in DC for my 50th last month, and he was still talking up his as well...

Congrats! Nice score; nice axe; nice rig; nice TONE!

Chuckles, if you're a available tomorrow afternoon to jam w/the T-Dads, we need a second guitarist. I'll also try to reach you by phone. (I guess this is Post-related as if you come I'll get to hear yours :) ).

Hey thanks for sharing. I saw that on EBay too. Great score. Used is always a great way to go and Jerry instruments don't come up often.

And thanks for posting the demo. It sounds great and so does your playin.

How much does it weigh?

Really nice cab BTW. It pays to know a cabinet maker. I've got a buddy too in the biz with a nice shop and have made a couple of 2x12's with him along with my birch ply rack.

What did he finish the birch ply with?

Mines linseed oil. I left my rack raw. It's slowly getting covered with stickers.

Peace,

James

Thanks for all the kind reply's everybody!
James- the guitar is really no heavier than my stratocaster. And my cabinet is finished with linseed oil as well. I love it but I might have to get him to make me a 1x12 soon because the 2x12 is killing my back!! I can barely move the next morning after loading in and out of a gig, along with the other gear that had to be loaded in and out. I'm either gonna need a roadie or a 1x12, lol!

Sorry Mriley99...it was a pretty intense auction. Had the wife standing over my shoulder the whole time. If it went any higher I don't know what she would have done!!haha

Moving from a 2X12 to one or a pair of 1X12s is a great option. I switched from the first to the second and have never regretted it.

I hear ya on that, same situation here. Thought I had it initially because I was the only bidder then he ended the first auction to add more pictures and then relisted it. Kept going up and up and my wife was actually egging me on for once. Finally had to throw in the towel against my better judgement. Congrats on the guitar and your band sounds great as well. I'm now in the process of Jerryfying an old natural ash G&L Legacy I've had for years which is a fun project and my first time modding a guitar. I'm learning alot so not too upset about losing it, especially to someone who's putting it to good use like yourself. I will find my Wolf someday and might just end up building one.

+1 on the 1x12 cab. It's really all you need for small to medium venues, and anything bigger, your usually mic'd anyways.
