what effect could make my guitar sound a little more liquidized, like an organ like sound?

A phaser like a MXR Phase 100 or a Mu-Tron Phasor II or a rotary effect like a UniVibe or equivalent.

I have recently had someone rave to me about the Phase side of the Pigtronix EP-1. It's a dual phase/envelope filter pedal (weird combo I knowo) which has expression pedal input and while I have tried out the Envelope a little and was quite unimpressed (compared to my true-bypass modded vintage MuTron III, so go figure),I didn't get to really mess with the Pig's phase, nor did I have an expression pedal hooked up.

Maybe something like a rotary simulator? or tremolo? or phaser like TS suggested.

Or my best advice is a vintage phase 45!!!
