I am thankful for many things today, including this site and all the kind folks that contribute to it.

I know it's been said a hundred times, but the people on here rock! So many of us have gained so much knowledge from the rest of us and we continue to get along, share, and contribute, and in today's day and age, that's saying something.

I'm also thankful for the Grateful Dead, for spurring this whole thing, and of course I'm thankful for the many friends and family that I have, and I hope all of you get to share your thanks with the ones close to you today.

In addition I'm thankful for the little pearls of kindness we give and receive daily.

Whether it's holding the door for a stranger, giving the right of way to another driver, helping a friend move into new digs, spottin a bud a couple of bucks when they're in a tight spot etc. Making sacrifices to help others, whether big or small goes a long way toward helping make this world a better place.

After all, in the end one of the biggest measures of ourselves, no matter what we've been through is -

I've said this before, but living in Mexico, it can be rather difficult to find like-minded music heads. So not only am I grateful for this site and the work that Ed and Gregg do, I'm thankful to have this outlet to chat with all the good folks that are here. Peace and Happy Thanksgiving.
