considering a speaker upgrade in my twin...input?

I have a beautiful 65 reissue twin that I have upgraded with Marcury transformers and better tubes and capacitors...plus pulled the normal channel tubes and the inner main tubes to make it sweeter at a lower volume. Now I'm thinking about a better speaker than the stock Jensens.
Considering Eminence Cannibus Rex, or Red White and Blues. Any experienced folks out there? Any opinions?
I want a nice clear, tight low end puch, good sparkle on the highs (without brittleness) and a smooth but still very present midrange.
Thanks!

Find a pair of JBL K120's. In my opinion, they are the best sounding speaker ever!
Are you playing out of just one speaker now?

Yes, I disconnected one to keep the ohm load appropriate. It sounds damned good, but I feel like a better speaker would push it even further toward greatness. Is it hard to find a quality used K120?

I have a eminence commonwealth for sale.
I had it in a Boogie amp. Sounded great. Kind of between a E120 and a K120 being rated at 200 watts. Voiced very similar to JBL's.
It's for sale due to my scaling down of extra speakers (I have two of these..only need one). It's less than 2 yrs old and was used about 3 times. It's in "like new" condition.
Here is the ebay link if you are interested.

What is the maximum total combo weight (if of concern at all) you want to deal with after the speaker changes?

I'm not too concerned about weight. I'm pretty strong, and I have two wheel dolly. Thanks for all the advice folks!

The answer is easy:
JBL D120
JBL K120
JBL E120
And yes you will complain about the weight. Maybe not today, but someday....................
Mine is in a case, and i won't lift it without some help. sounds great though.

I love my JBL k 120. But as another alternative, I run my 70s Twin head through two Black Widow 1201 speakers. And I like them just dandy.

You will be, trust me. The twin is a heavy beast. I'm also pretty strong and have a dolly but carrying up and down the stairs from my basement, and out to the garage preclude the dolly - strike one. Going into venues that are either upstairs or downstairs - strike two. And even with the dolly, tricky at best. So far, no strike three!
