Good call Marlow. How about an effects pedal forum. Or subcategories to Jerry Tone, Bobby Tone, etc. Not trying to make any waves but change is always good.

It seems like it could be overkill to me; I generally just think of amps under "Jerry tone", "Phil or Bob" etc.

But if you have "Speakers" you may as well have have "Amps." It just occurred to me because I spend a lot of time digging for amp info -- Twin mods, tube info, repair, capacitors, Sarno stuff, reviews and recommendations, connections etc. Can't play electrical geetar without an amp. It seems to fill out the family of guitar + amp + cab + speakers = tone. Probably don't need a patch cord forum though.
