Yes. We don't have physical CD copies made yet. Not sure about if we will.

Thanks! Yeah, I did the banjo part on Handsome Jack.

As much as I love playing electric guitar, at this point in my life I think I'd rather just be in a traditional bluegrass band. I have the most passion for playing the banjo and singing bluegrass harmonies right now. But living in Los Angeles, that's probably not going to be a reality (but maybe).

You should move here to the Blue Mts - lots of good bluegrass here My bluegrass band is opening for Jeff Austin of Yonder Mountain next Thursday in Blacksburg. If you ever get a wild hair, come explore the Crooked Road. Part of my job at the university is helping the library with this Appalachian music archive and I just got to help shoot video projects with Butch Robbins (Bill Monroe), and Sammy Shelor (Lonesome River Band). No smog ot earthquakes either

Sounds quite tempting. How close is the beach and is there good surf?

I do wish I lived in a area where bluegrass music was more common. I have recently found some regular jam circles though. Going to one tonight (every Tuesday). There are some pretty good players at this one so it will be challenging and fun. Fiddle player are hard to find around here though.

lol - I don't think the surfing is too good on the New River good whitewater rafting and tubing though . . . and reenacting scenes from Deliverance

VA Beach is 4.5-5 hours away and the OBX is 6 though I suspect the surfing won't be up to West Coast standards
