Fret Dressing

I got one of those Phred Wolf's and upgraded almost everyhthing but the body itself (plan to have Leo at Scarlet Fire build me a Wolf in the coming year) So, everything is pretty nice actually, but the frets buzz here and there, and it is very hard to get a nice action hight for playing. I adjusted the neck and the bridge as best as possible. I still would like it lower, but I don't think that is going to happen.
I need to dress the frets. I live in Olean NY south of Buffalo, and there is no one around that can do it. I want to do it myself. I need suggestions/help? Thanks!

There's a guitar builder named Ron Kirn who has an excellent guide on levelling then dressing frets. You can google it, it's out there, but here's a post from him explaining the process and tools needed:
