Hey Now!
Im about to send off my MC 50 for service (Terry Dewick). Is there any specific instructions I can give him for general servicing. Im really not interested in altering too much. I would like to add a on/off toggle. But specific to the amp itself is there anything that should be modded for Guitar use.

Thanks for your input.

Terry worked on my Mc250. I didn't have him mod anything. I'm not a stock nazi, but I don't have a problem with the way the Mac's are set up with the rca inputs and terminal strips. And my power conditioner acts as my on/off switch. I know that Terry has an issue working on units that others have modified, but I don't know his stance on making the mods himself. I just asked him to give it the once over and replace any components that need replacing and he got it back to me in like new condition and it sounds amazing. Can't go wrong with Terry.

Awesome, Thats what I wanted to hear. Keeping it stock will be a nice option for a Stereo system down the road.

Just got my MC50 back. Still not impressed with the overall volume. Thinking maybe its the signal going into the Mc (Blues Deluxe).
When I get my SMS in a couple of weeks I will reassess.
