Who is "Fog" from 7/3 Weir Here?

I was watching the July 3 Weir Here and this band they called "Fog" blew me away. A web search on them reveals nothing. Any info. on these guys? The song beginning right at 44:00 is simply beautiful.

It's the alembic bass that was reunited with pete sears because of this site. no information on "fog" tho?
