Here's a taste from a trio (piano, bass, guitar) jazz gig I did last Friday at an art gallery. Standard caveats about errors, crowd noise, bad mix, etc., all apply. I used a stock American Standard strat and a tiny Fender Super Champ XD amp, not my Jerry rig. I can carry all of it in one trip without a hand truck!

Thanks. We're playing a lot of songs with unusual (to me, anyway) chord changes and some of those changes are really pretty. Tough to go wrong. I am getting the urge to play some Dead music again, though.

Here's a snippet of All Blues from a practice the other night that the keyboard player recorded. I don't know why the start is chopped off; whether he didn't record it or what.

I'm using a bone stock American Standard Strat played through a little Fender Champ XD amp with nothing but a little reverb on the amp dialed in.

Cool! I love All Blues. I wonder if that movie Miles Ahead with Don Cheadle is gonna be any good. I was lucky enough to see Miles back in the early 80s.

Tcsned, I did not know about that film. Cheadle is, IMO, a good actor. I'll keep an eye out for it.
