Replace Board?

Good Day All,
I'm trying to work up the gumption to replace the wavy board in my Twin Reberb head.
I've been doing this in waves. This is mostly a '69-'70 Twin, which is now completely black-faced. I'm Jerry-ifyiing it one step at a time to hear the tonal changes. But this old board keeps sidetracking me. The fussy bastard in me wan't to rip this out & replace it with a new turret board. It's not a collector amp, so who cares...right.
Input? Anybody care to opine?
