We played Awful Arthur's in Salem, VA last night. We had kind of an anemic crowd due to the sold out Floyfest in the area this weekend. However, I did have a chance to meet and play with fellow rukinder, bcresci. Bedeke's a cool guy and great player. If any of you out there make it down to southwestern Virginia, look me up it would be cool to meet more of you guys and gals! If we're playing, come sit in!

It got me thinking about this community and how much I have gotten from it. There's all the information that is shared here, I've learned a lot from all of you. Then there's the gear, I look at my rig and how much of it came from the incredibly talented folks here - Waldo, Brad, and Hogan - you guys are amazing! I've also gotten a bunch of stuff from others in the garage sale. I can't wait for guitars from milobender(Brian) and softmachine (Scarlet Fire Guitars aka Leo) to add to the mix. But it's nice to put faces to the names here.
