I don't have big bucks to spend (or frankly the chop to justify) on an expensive Auto-wah, but I'd like to add one to the pedal board.

I can pick up a used Micro Q-Tron for about $50 buck or a Boss AW-3 for $5 or $10 bucks less.

Anyone with experience with the two of them who can give me a recommendation on which way to go.

BTW, my main guitar right now is an Epi Sheraton played through a Fender Princeton RI.

I have the Micro Q-tron and really like it.

I've had both and found the Q-Tron to get much closer to the quack we all know and love.

QTRON- Hands down. It sounds great and the circuit was designed by Mike Biegel the designer of the Mutron Jerry used....so the Q has the lineage.
