I need to build a cable out of Stereo Belden Blue with a single TRS jack on one end (no problem) and dual mono plugs on the other.

How do I do the dual mono plugs? Specifically what do I do with the shielding/grounding? Split the shielding in half and send half to each mono plug? Do that but also add a jumper wire to connect the two ground plugs? What's the best way?
