Thinking about getting into a custom guitar and I am a big fan Kimock's Cripe guitars.

Phil makes a Bolt- look under the "currently available" or "Bolt" links for some examples:

I found that site and really like the lighter colored bolts but I really love the Eagle style. Those prices didn't seem bad either. Maybe a spalted maple bolt ? hmmm....really wanting to get into something nice.
I really like the Jerry style guitars but playing one on stage in a non tribute/cover band situation doesnt work for me. I really liked there takes on the bolt with different woods.

If you can afford it, or can find a nice preowned one, Kimock has been playing Scott Walker's guitars for years now. His own designs, but with the electronics that are Garcia flavored, and Kimock designed, in some cases.
The Attrezzo and the Phoenix in particular are favored by Steve.

Scott Walker's Phantom was inspired the Cripe "Ebony" owned by Steve Kimock. Scott will customize it to your specifications.

Wow all of those Walker guitars look amazing. I love that phantom. I had to stare at it for a bit to decide if I liked that headstock. Thanks for the heads up.

Scott is all about customer satisfaction. If you're interested in the Phantom but prefer one of his other headstocks he'd be willing to work with you on the design.

There are several new Resurrection Bolts and a couple of Eagles at the store here in town. Resurrection is located here...

Ask for Terry, he is the owner. Tell him Barefoot Dave sent you.
