Happened across this tonight, hadn't seen it mentioned here ... great little mini documentary.

this was one of the hidden "Easter eggs" in the GD Movie DVD release.

Very cool - I always wondered why they had 2 mics set up like that on top of each other. Thanks for sharing!

Don't remember- I don't own the DVD set- usually you had to go through all the items on a sub-menu,then come back to the menu and you would see something highlighted that you could select. I think this one was on the Bonus disc.

it's not a hidden egg it's on the bonus disk of the Grateful Dead Movie.

Ah cool, thanks! I never make it past all the great 1974 footage on that disc.
