Howdy all, hope everyone's well. After being on the board with you fine folks for so long, I figure it's time to put up some music by our GD band Wake Of The Flood. I'll try to be brief. My wife and I have been in the band for 3 years now. We started acoustic, but have been full on electric since July '11. We're far from the greatest thing around but in a short time, we've opened for guys like Emmit-Nershi Band and Jamie McClean, secured a monthly residency (NYE too!) at Cary Street Cafe, our favorite local Deadhead bar, and are booking festivals for 2012 and 2013. Of course I'd love you all to check us out. But most of all I just want to thank all of you. The friendship and passion for the music that exists here is really special, and I look forward to many more years in your grate company.

BTW I'm currently working on replacing my Super Champ XD. I'm running it through a Commonwealth 12, but there's no beef to it at all. I just need a better amp. The search continues....

I hope one shameless bump isn't too annoying. Constructive criticisms anyone?

Love the here comes sunshine! I really like that song cuz it reminds me of my childhood. You sound great. Vocals are great. This is hard music to play as a band and you're doing it. One thing our band has been trying to do lately is relax and keep the tempo manageable and grateful dead like. Keep our personal instruments from filling all the holes at once and let the songs breathe like a clock ticking properly. It has helped us stay tight and sounds more authentic. Man you need a qtron for shakedown!! That makes the song so much funkier!! Great job will!

Thanks so much Jonny! Yeah believe it or not there's mini q on the guitar but it's lacking. Looking for a good filter as we speak. A buffer wouldn't't hurt things either.
