Anyone ever try a lipstick middle pickup?

Just curious. Probably not for the purists, but it has a certain acoustic quality and clarity that reminds me somewhat of a tapped Super 2...just much lower output.

i'm a huge fan of lipsticks and am actually about to install a stratoblaster into my dano... doesnt have a middle position pup, but i think it will be a great combo with the blasters tendency to fatten things up and increase the output with lipstick jangle at the same time... sounds ideal to me. i was actually contemplating putting a super 2 in the middle of that guitar. i'm sure jerry could make it sound like jerry!

yeah, i was thinking that the tiger buffer and lipstick would be pretty nice
