Creating Poster Art ?

Anyone have any ideas on how to do this I have photoshop on my old machine but it does not work on my windows 7 are there any easy to use free or cheap programs out there that you guys use

Hey, try GIMP - it's pretty much like Photoshop and free. It's been around forever and is pretty stable. Not quite as slick but certainly a usable program.

Thanks just used my old machine so slow but got the job done just thought there might be someone here who had some goos tips or some clip art etc. tried to attach poster but couldn't

I've found that good poster art is about good layout. I'd find something you like and open up the file in photoshop or other program and use it as a template for your own artwork etc. then remove the layer with the original poster ... if that makes sense.

Thanks that's exactly how I got my current logo Just old photoshop doesnt work on windows 7 machine and my xp is so slow it's annoying
