Will I blow a single D120F like this?

There have been various discussions on this board about building a relatively low volume Jerry rig, and other threads stressing that another key element to ‘the sound’ is the need to push JBLs a bit. The question I have relates to both these topics.
I have an SMS Classic & a Boogie 50/50. I am only using one side of the Boogie – it seems plenty loud at 1 x 50w. If I run that 50w 8 ohm output into a single D120F (also 8 ohms) am I likely to fry the speaker when the Boogie is really turned up? I think D120Fs are rated at 60w? Is that a safe margin?
