Well good news for our huge and distinguished fan base , In Life, anything you want to know, you have to ask, and ask we did. We settled with our retired rhythm guitarist to get our old name back and the site too, since then we have made no updates, including removing the old cover demos and updating our actual mission of being a grateful dead cover/ swamp blues band. The water under the bridge has stopped flowing like a rapid. I was hoping this would happen, I didn't like having an old friend (and cool dude) as an enemy of sorts.

Our band settled on "Jam The Torpedoes" because we do a mixture of tunes jam band style.

We are steering away from the word Dead, except for the "Dead Ahead" the name that TJ suggested.....

unless you choose something totally goofy, almost every name is taken. the one i suggested exists in Bangladesh, but don't worry, i doubt you'll be impeding on their market anytime soon.

Actually, I'm starting a new original music band and I'm pretty sure we're going with the name Dead Ahead. I have already written numerous original tunes for the band to play, a few of them are:

Estimated prophecy
Box of Snow
Ramble on Rosey
Bit of Grey
Deals
Terrible Station
Sitting on the Moon
China Pussy Sunflower

and I have ideas for dozens more. All we need now is a lead guitar player, a bass player, a keyboard player and a percussionist and we'll be all set. Let me know if anyone is interested.
