That is Cochrans Cowboy! he had several as well that whole band was put toghether by Ibanez to sell their stuff.

At 2:30 you see Bobby's guitar a coupla times.
Looks like a quad-coil in the neck position.
I wore a Miami Vice stage jacket just like that back in '84.
