I'm pretty sure it wasn't a goal otherwise it would have went into OT. Rangers are just flat out dominating the Sabres but every time they let up a little the Sabres just swarm all over them and make them pay. No other sport comes close to watching a stanley cup run, what a hoot.

the rangers are not smoking the Sabre's. The Sab's are slow in New York, because the iuce is practically water. The rangers are used to it. We deominated the first 2 games. Both teams are going to win all their home games. which puts the Sab's on top in 7. mark my words

My Rangers were the victims of a couple of flukey goals and the game winner that had to be one of the best deflections of all time.

Why Fedor Tuitan left that guy all alone in front I'll never know. I'm not sure it would have mattered anyway.

At least we kept fighting until the end. They showed some heart.

the wings are blowing a two game lead... but other than that the playoffs have been amazing so far, I wish washington was doing better though, the southeast needs a better wrap with their hockey skills.

the minnesota/colorado series = hardest hitting so far
penguins/sens = fastest so far
washington/flyers = most disappointing
devils/rangers = best rivalry so far

Looks like the Flyboys will finish off the Caps tomorrow...can't believe it's gone this far. A true testament to how Philly will stand up when the going actually gets tough. Pens / Habs in the Conference Finals. Pens in 6.

Don't know if they can take the Cup, this year, but they have as good a shot as anyone.

Interview of Avery after the game had me rolling. Among other things on Brodeur not shaking his hand in the handshake line, something like "he's supposed to be so classy and fatso wouldn't shake my hand" lol! He's quite a character.

On all the negative press re his little dance ifo Brodeur the other night "I don't read the papers. I read Vogue"

I know most of you probably don't like him, but I bet you'd like him on your team.
