I reached out on Brian’s site for info and pricing on the Thick Air but have received no replay back? How did y’all get one? Any links appreciated!

You just need to email him and wait back for a reply. I said in the email I would like to be placed in the list. He replied, ok I’ll let you know when it is ready.
Then finally one day I got an email saying it was ready!!!
It was worth the wait IMHO

Ok, it’s been like a week. I just asked what the time frame is and price. Not worried, just was curious and potentially ready to own one. Thanks for the info...

He may be taking a break from making the pedals after the last batch OR he may have switched to working on a custom guitar (if he gets a guitar order I assume he prioritizes that) OR maybe he’s just on vacation. Hopefully he’ll get back to you at some point ... the process did take a while ... you need to think in terms of months not weeks

I asked about a week ago also to be placed on the Thick Air list and also haven’t yet heard back.

I really like the tones I’ve been getting from my Strats lately - one with Voodoo 69s and one with 56-57 vintage pups. Both sets sound great - the vintage pups are glassy and bold, the voodoos are sharp and edgy. Your Strat sounds good! What EF are you using and pups are you running?

Sorry, what's an "EF"?

Pickups are stock. Check out JV Strats. They were made in Japan by Fujigen starting in 1982. The first ones were branded Fender Stratocaster with "JV" serial numbers. Then they became Squiers with "SQ" serial numbers. Mine is a late '83 SQ Squier. Do not confuse these with later low-ended Squiers. These are really good guitars with a cult following.

I’m thinking he meant Envelope Filter.....that the Lead/Jerry was playing in the sound check....

An envelope filter is an effect! But I think you're right. And may I add, I also loved the lead guitarist's "EF" tone and lick phrasing - smooth as a baby's behind.
