Since this is everything else. I will take a chance. Latin Music is not something i could define in a simple manner. I live in a area that could be considered Latino. So does any music a Latino make LAtin music? Prolly not!

Just as a start, Flamenco or Classical guitar as a group. I luv it. Julian Bream for example. And I just got Vivaldi: Guitar Concertos last week. Paganini and all. I dig it when I need something quite easy so I think especially thing about guitar stuff. And i like it. I mention Flamenco cause i love the social aspect of the Spanish and Flamenco guitarists are awesome.

There are so many varieties, Cuba or South America? Salsa, mambo, rumba or chachachá,
I have a friend who does some production work with a Salsa band whixch is pretty cool.
Then again you have some pop/Rock modern types like Juanes.

On the negative side. I m not a big fan of Horns. I do not hate them. But they have to be mixed properly. They tend to drown out the guitars and I hate that. I like gitar centered stuff.

In the end, I like Latin Music alot.

I find threads like these can be useful to discover something new, I dunno.
