Jimbo got a deal...I think that one came from ebay as well didn't it? I was bidding on one just like it at the time when he got his. His guitar is sweet, you dont see many of the G2s with a top like that one. Green, blue and red yes but not pretty. The Blacknife is worth more because it is more rare and a true Modulus. Gemesis guitars are from the current factory . I wish they would build some more of those...Anderson are you reading this? LOL

The BK is back on eBay. I checked it out in person today and decided to pass. Nothing wrong with the guitar - it's just very different from what I normally play (vintage Ibanez guitars) and it didn't scream "buy me". It's an interesting guitar but in the 45 minutes I played it, I couldn't get it to sound like a Bobby guitar. Maybe if I had more time...

Anyway, at least I didn't leave feeling guilty about owning yet another guitar.

Thanks MK I gave the guy a chance when he posted here and offered him what I thought was a very good deal and I heard nothing back. I did say that we have seen his piece and discussed it. It will sell and make someone happy I hope. And as far as sounding like Bobby, that just like anybody, lays in your hands brother and we all know you got "it". :hail:

Thanks for the review, MK!

It's sad that the dude can't understand a simple fact - fair price & market value and not the same.

I'm sitting on gear that I won't sell for less than fair price of X but these days the market value is only 75% of X.

Toss it in the closet and wait. OR maybe post back here that it's still for sale and be cool and still just wait!

Im on a weekend vaca and I cant drop that kind of cash today. I think this would be a really nice bob guitar for somebody! Jump on it....oh and it is not mine!

OK - it's mine. If I sell it, you have first dibs.

One thing I don't like - it has a standard Strat-like 5-way pickup selector. I'd rather have separate on/offs. I might need to make a change...

Well after the other day losing out on those 3 sweet Genesis Modulus guitars, there is yet another Modulus on the bay, G3CT and this one is rare! If I could I would! This one is very similar to Eaton's from DSO! His has factory mods not available to the general public though.

Dude, I wish it was the law around here that you need to include links...

It's nice looking. I'd consider it. But I've got a Strat coming in (Alligator?).
