The FRV-1 again a Boss pedal, something appealing due to space issues on my rig, has got great reviews, better than the RV-5. Guys that own fender tanks and not huge Boss fans, so they say, use this over their tank live to keep their tank for recording and undamaged. a few say so close almost can't tell, and has more modulation. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GX5EhRCWJOs[/youtube]
Anyone try it?

I still wish there was a mod to get reverb to jump into an effects loop on an amp. I don't want to start new topic AGAIN about reverb, has anyone heard of doing this or is it possible? Thanks for your 2 cents! The RV-3 and 5 boss reverbs are products Roland spent time on producing modeled after their high end roland stuff.
I'm sorry if I'm missing misunderstanding here, but I've run my RV-3 into an effects loop in my HR Deluxe with great success. My Blues Junior does not have a loop, so I go last in chain.

The reverb is built into my amp just like all combo amps.( Not a stand alone unit or a pedal ). And the amp itself has the bk butler tube reverb built in but can only be tapped through the regular inputs. you try and put the preamped twin through the regular inputs you get a tube stack nightmare but fantastic reverb. If you go through the effects loop, the tone is perfect but you loose the reverb. I want my cake and eat it too, you see.

Greetings. I have a BK Butler Tubeworks Real Tube RT-921 Reverb, that several posters to this thread have mentioned, & am thinking of selling some gear. .....just found this fine site & thread after a google search, so have joined. Should I put it on ebay? Anyone interested is welcome to contact me. I'm a guitarist in Los Angeles & could show & play through it during a skype call if someone likes, or I'm open to any suggestions. Cheers, Rob

Welcome, That's how I got here too, searching for info at one point, and found an oasis of VERY knowledgeable and Connected heads that still have their fingers on the pulse of the greatest scene to ever exist on our planet. I remember back to the tours and shows and only can smile and wish to be there again..... Now that you are a member, I would suggest you place it for sale in the Garage Sale topic area on this site, people looking for one, web wide even, may see it there easier than on this post. Hope you stick around to be a part of this....
