Not only by 39 points, but their starters against our mop-up crew for most of the 4th quarter.

So glad they wrapped it up last night. Otherwise I think our Bostonian drummer would have bailed on band rehearsal tomorrow night.
Late in the 1st quarter, with only about a 6-8 point difference at the time, I had the overwhelming feeling that a TOTAL Laker collapse was imminent and just minutes later it began in earnest!

Haha - nice pic. I was at the rush show at mansfield sun night and Geddy Lee wore a beat LA tee-shirt.
On that note though: The one thing I can not stand about MA is that people will chant sports slogans (Yankees Suck, Beat LA etc) at ANY event. I'm sure I've heard it at weddings and maybe even a funeral once. In line for beers at Petty sat night I had the pleasure of seeing a grown man bare his chest at me so I could see he had a full chest celts logo tat. All because my buddy had a season tix holder shirt on....ugh.
Though it was priceless when everyone was chanting "Beat LA" and the kid behind me says to his buddy: 'Is that their new album or something?'

That's the great thing about New England, we're enthusiastic about everything that gets are wheels turning. We bond as sports fans for sure.

as a Minnesotan, and not wanting KG to win it. when i saw him so happy, i have to admit, I got a little misty eyed. made me proud.
