it keeps reccommending the SDS1 for the bridge position. Is that for any reason?

I have an '87 Fender-Japan 72-RI Strat, modded with:
Bridge: NONE
Middle: Dimarzio Super II w/ parallel/series switch
Neck: Seymour Duncan JB Jr. (strat-sized humbucker, good match with the Sup2)
...and a UGB+FX loop.... and about a year ago, a Mighty Mite maple/ebony/jumbo fret neck.
Love this guitar!

I don't play a ton of guitar but I have a '67 Reissue (whatever they called the US made version back when they first came out in the early 90s, with the cloth wiring and the 3-way switch) I didn't really like the stock pickups either (kinda thin and weak) so I put in good old Texas Specials.
The best way I can describe it is that it sounds like a really, really kick-ass Strat. It's got that warm, fat but still instantly recognizable single-coil tone.

Anyone have experience with Fender Custom Shop pickups? I found a deal on a set and I'm thinking about putting them in my strat.
