just wanted to share these from strangedesign, zeppelin is sounding amazing. i've got my fingers crossed for a tour extra hard now

You guys were concerned about Page? I'd save my worries for Plant, saw a concert of his from sometime in the 90's and the voice was not there.

I read a review today that said the concert was great but I took it with a grain of salt because it was in Newsday. However these clips and the other links seem to verify it. WORLD TOUR!

Just watched those clips, and yeah, I hope Mr. Plant changes his mind. They'd get my money.

There are quite a few torrents out there now of the show. Dimeadozen has a very popular one. I can't get in though. Apparently my account was deactivated for non-use, but shnflac.net has one as well. If anyone dl's one, let us know the details on the recording and how it sounds.

If they're going to tour, that would be a pisser for those that spend a huge bucket of $$$ going to last night's show. The reason I would've spent an assload of money going is because it was (I thought) a one shot deal. If they're going to headline Bonnaroo (which is the rumour currently circulating), sortof makes last night's show less special IMHO.

Glad to hear they're still ripping it up though. Looks like a helluva setlist.

And as far as JPJ not being on bass? Its blashpemy. Somebody else playing JPJ's basslines while he is on stage at the same time? Thats reason enough to Dimebag Darrel the guy

Yeah JPJones should be on the Bass or the organ.If he wants to switch it up then find a guy who can do both.
On How the West was Won he plays mando/bass foot pedals and sings at the same time.
Listen to the Black Crowes and Page and tell me you dont think extra help is warranted.
Pay some guys to augment your sound.
And Yes WE People are saying Page has always been sloppy forever.Just hoping he doesnt take it to the next level.

I've heard him with the Black Crowes, and yeah, he does need help. But honestly I've always thought he needed help. I wouldn't listen to Zeppelin at all if I didnt like JPJ's playing so much. Robert Plants voice makes me want to kill people

YouTube is awash with some pretty cool concert videos... I've only checked out Stairway so far, but it's fantastic, they sound GREAT! I didn't see any stunt musicians either... it's just the four of them. Man I wish I had 168 grand laying around...

Some 25-year old Scot from Glasgow paid 168k for a pair... plus meet n greet. He was interviewed on ATC yestiddy. Twas for charity, as you might guess. He mentioned that Kashmir was the highlight!
