I laughed pretty hard. I know some here are offended by this, but I give props for the creativity here. Maybe you have to much time on your hands, but I appreciate the laugh.

Personally, I don't like any big pics at the bottom of posts. Let alone some sexual in nature. Kinda makes the site tough to browse at work.

I agree with Strummin. I dont like all the big pics. They just get in the way. But if you must, not somethin sexual. I have little brothers in the room with me when I view this sometimes. And what if a young'un wanted to come look for Dead advice here? Not very appropriate. I think we are mature enough to find somethin decent but still funny.

DITTO... or at home. Keep the scene clean and get your cheap gutter laughs and/or porn somewhere else.

I laughed too, the first time. No need to see it with every post.

Interestingly, I found the Simpsons and South Park wankery equally undesirable in a DeadHead forum.

I'm glad strumminsix said it. I mean, this page doesn't look like a technical help document to someone walking behind me, but at least it didn't look like some kiddie blog.
I might smile if the poster said 'that's a picture of me blowing Phil', or 'that's a picture of you, etc'. I just find myself scrolling quickly past the big pictures and therefore missing what you guys are writing. There, and my head is still fine.

Well said, Django. I've often wondered if there was some sort of "work plug in" for phpbb boards whereby you could change a parameter in your profile and only text would show - no pics or emoticon, etc...

That would be great. Or to be able to "ignore" members whose postings you'd rather not have show up on your screen. Can't have it all in every forum though.

A browser-wide solution, eh? A pretty radical fix just because of one poster in this forum who insists on decorating his posts with highly inappropriate and inflammatory simulated BJ.
