Here's a pic he sent of what it looks like. If you want to wait about 2 weeks, I can tell you first hand how it works once my guitar arrives.

The stereo cable goes in the "input", the "tip" goes to the front of your pedal chain, and the "ring" goes to the other end or back of your chain.

The folks at Resurrection Guitar are making me a Langeudoc replica, I'll post pics when it arrives.

Check for rocks! Haha...j/k. The guitar you are looking at should have 2 jacks coming out of it, as myoung mentioned earlier.

The stereo cable jack is the one that would go to the Y Junction Box from HT, and the other jack goes to your amp.

And fwiw, I read some of the stuff that guy has on his site, and I sure hope he makes good guitars, because he seems like a nut job to me. No disrespect intended to you, of course.

Yeah man....

Just a heads up - when I was looking into getting a guitar (I got a Resurrection Bolt) I asked around about the Phil Gawen guitars - because they are definitely cheaper. I was told by EVERYONE to stay away from them. Just word of mouth kind of stuff - I didn't actually talk to anyone that had one one - but... I heard that they are done quick and dirty with neck problems, fret issues , poor laquer... people had to get them fixed up just to make them useable. Again - just what I've heard - I can't say that that is 100% accurate but I decided not to take the chance. If you are going to plunk down the $$ go with solid reputation.

If you haven't found a way to get a hold of the Ressurection guy, PM me - I'll fill you in.

Thanks for the info

Here's another guy I checked out while shopping around, but I find his gits to look a little cartoonish, IMO: http://www.abyssguitars.com/

This kid has one & has some pics, but you have to have a myspace account to view them. I talked with him over myspace about his guitar, and he is head over heals about it, but I'm not sure that I hold his opinion in high regard, fwiw. Personsally, I think it looks cheesy-ly made: http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fu ... d=81454972

Hey guys welcome to the party,

The upthread responses have it all exactly right, the Switcher was made by J. Cutler and at the time was a one of a kind unit. I have the GXC and use an older Digital Music Corp Ground Control (which is the forerunner of the newer Ground Control Pro). Anyway, night and day difference from the pedal board daisy chain method. Last winter I built my own version of the effects rack that Garcia employed onstage from the late 70's thru the 80's. It was a fun project and relatively easy to build. As far as cables and wiring go I can't say enough good stuff about the HT stuff really first rate. Here are some photos
