No, I Just dont play it around him anymore (we dont really hang out much either) and he sorta gets the message. Our friendship isnt the greatest right now and as I may have said before, we have been really good friends for about 6 years until recently, so I dont want to rock the boat if I dont have to. It would be lame not to be friends over a guitar. I mostly just want to make it through the summer without hating each other by the end, so when I go to school far far away, I'll be glad to get away and to know some new dudes...

billbbill is the man! and a hell of a guitar player! nice things are great, but only things. do you think Hendrix lit his guitar on fire because he was rich enough to buy another one, if you really want to love your gutiar smash it into a thousand pieces!!!

I rarely let any one handle my guitars anymore and when I do I'm practically hovering over them. I had an Ibanez Korina Flying V that I lent to a friend and it was stolen along with his camaro (he was just driving it around in the back seat-WTF? and left the car running while he went to an ATM).

Another time an aquaintance begged to play my 68 SG at a party and whacked a dent in the peg head; "oops, I'm sorry" just can't fix valuable instruments.

I dunno. He said he was playing and his finger started to blead, so he kept going and it bled more for a while, then when he was done he wrote my name in blood.
