Since it's not a really special or expensive guitar, you can get away with the cheap and dirty cleaning method-> Smash the fugger over his head to open it up and then use a moist cloth to remove chunks.

In all seriousness, take off the strings and reach through the soundhole. Some guitars actually have a removeable buttcap for maintaining the tonebars and electronics, but I doubt the Delta has that. I prefer option A myself.
