Getting to this topic late, sorry....


The Grateful Dead DID cover a Pink Floyd tune....though not until near the end, and it wasn't played all that much (or all that significantly) either, probably mainly due to Phil singing it:

I could easily imagine a PF cover or two taking place in the 90's, along with all the Beatles & Who tunes. A few that I can almost hear:

Fearless
Pigs(Three Different Ones)
Money (a 7/4 rocker- right up Bob's alley!)

Aha! Thanks for the clear-up on that....never heard the Floyd version, just assumed that it was the same one. Dammit! See what happens when you assume?
