if you are on a budget ehx soul food is a good boost i have used it while waiting on a earth drive and was very happy

Thick Air is fantastic haven’t turned it off since I got it. Use it for my Strat with lace sensors and it’s really awesome. I always put it at the end of my board and run everything through it. Works with wah, envelope, drive, fuzz, it’s great just by itself too. Highly recommended

This gave me something to think about and I’ve recently reconfigured my board with EP at the end, after a volume pedal. Now I run a much hotter guitar signal, which drives my effects better (especially envelope filter,) and use the volume pedal to control output to amp. Thanks.
