Some great mentions in there. Tigerstrat, great call on the King Crimson, love that album. Here are some off the top of my head.
Radiohead - Blowout
Hendrix - Voodoo Chile from "Blues" with Steve Winwood on organ. Might be the same as Electric Ladyland now that I think about it.
Pink Floyd - Sheep (greatest ending to a song ever)
Pink Floyd - Echoes
Zep - How Many More Times

gotta agree with you all the way there. great songs on an amazing album.
Surprised no one has mentioned Neil. I was listening to Everybody Knows this is Nowhere last night and I gotta mention Cowgirl in the Sand and Down by the River. Also My My Hey Hey and Hey Hey My My.
And not to forget CSN: Almost Cut my Hair. Wooden Ships, Suite: Judy Blue Eyes.
Awesome studio jam.

For the Dead:
Loose Lucy (From the Mars Hotel album)
This is one of the funkiest studio jams ever, oh and as far as Funked out studio jams go...I have to also mention "The music never stopped".
For Phish:
YEM...of course
