Any word on the Solar Flare release yet? I didn't notice anything about it on the SMS website...

I believe Brad had said late January so I would hope with things more or less on track it will be very soon!

I've held off on a few other purchases waiting for the Solar Flare. I've saved my pennies and will be purchasing "sight unheard" as soon as it's announced.

The Solar Flare has been born. I expect to be in actual production in the next few weeks. We'll add it to our website and I'll also post here when we begin taking orders. This pedal is killer. I feel like it's taken the best of Jerry's vintage MXR Dist+ and improved upon it, warmer mids, controlled subs, gentler top, way more output gain and drive ability, clear articulation, super sweet singing harmonic quality. I like to imagine Jer would love this thing.

I'll post again when our webstore is ready to take Solar Flare orders.
