Pretty much totally custom. The body is cocobolo/quilted maple. The neck is flame maple/purpleheart with an ebony fretboard. Brian from IO Guitars did all the mods to it and a refinish. He does awesome work. Here's the back:

Here's my custom Rosewood Tele. My buddy Creston made it for me, P90's are an awesome way to go imo! This guitar was commissioned as an all around uses instrument, but I have played a couple of GD cover gigs with it and straight into my Deluxe it's AWESOME! Really the key I think is a good high output mid hump'd middle pickup.

I bought that body like 15 years ago, I don't remember what I paid, I think it was less than $500. The guy who did it was Gregg Rogers (http://www.grguitars.com). He had never worked with cocobolo before and as Brian will tell you there were some issues with the pieces he selected. Still a super cool guitar. Warmoth is now doing a carved-Tele that starts at $410. It'll cost more for cocobolo and quilt/flame maple but they will probably do it. Brian (milobender) could make you an awesome one too I'm sure, he did all the mods for me and does awesome work for a more than reasonable price.

Last I knew Warmoth was no longer working with cocobolo. Here's their WGD (tiger tribute) builder page:
