My friend knows them, dragged me to them. Believe me, I wasn't expecting that. On a Tuesday night in Jersey no less. Two of them play in a Dead band in Tampa is what I was told, the other cats don't play in Dead bands. No, I'm not affiliated in answer to that question, late '40s, have been seeing the GD and their spin-offs since '78, seen a lot of GD cover bands, thought these guys kind of had a nice understanding of the material.

Bad form. Folks would have liked you just fine w/o the internet douchbaggary, now it will be held against you. To what degree, who knows? Hyping your outfit by disparaging others anonymously is as bush as it gets. Start over.

Wow, this is just plain bizarre to me. Why not post the vid, say it's your band, and ask for feeback? This forum is so full of knowledge and incredible information, why play silly games?

I thought the band sounded great, interesting take on the material. But best GD cover band ever? Not even close. And your comments on JK and Matson are just plain ridiculous. And now that your shenanigans have been uncovered, I have no interest in your band and I imagine many more will feel the same. You've done yourself a great disservice by going the route you chose.

Based on your replies I know you guys didn't take that wrong, but for anyone else out there...

All good guys...comment not directed at anyone...just having a little fun, add a little levity to this Thursday.
